While IDentity Designs will provide you with payment terms before we begin a project, it's nice to see it again. So, here you go: 50%* of your estimate total is due when we begin the project and is non-refundable. This will, of course, be applied to your total when the project is completed. *On some projects this amount will vary and will be discussed with you before starting the project. Depending on your project's specific needs, we may occasionally have to buy photographs or images. You will be informed of this need before we continue with the project.
If you are supplying your own artwork, we will need very high quality images and/or digital files. Please call or email us with any questions regarding your digital files and images.
After payment, you will own all rights to your works. You will have sole ownership of all images, websites, etc. It is also your responsibility to copyright or trade mark your logo or images, though IDentity Designs can certainly set the wheels of trade marking your logo in motion for an additional fee.
